Keel Conscious – Terms of Service

Agreement

By downloading or using Keel Conscious (“the App”), developed by Corten Cell LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Apple App Store Terms

The App is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”), unless superseded by a custom license agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA shall govern. Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.

Not Medical Advice

Keel Conscious is a posture awareness tool and is not a medical device. The App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, including migraine. Posture data and feedback provided by the App are for informational and wellness purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.

Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or make the App available to third parties in any unauthorized manner.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and branding associated with Keel Conscious are the property of Corten Cell LLC or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that posture measurements will be accurate in all conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corten Cell LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to any reliance on posture data provided by the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
